What is Mindsprout?
Mindsprout is an educational support community that provides tools, resources, events, and personalized help to help students, parents, and educators succeed outside the classroom. Our platform blends learning tools with a supportive community space for accountability and growth.
Who is this for?
Students of all ages, parents supporting students, educators seeking support & guidance and anyone looking to strengthen their academic and personal success skills.
How do I get started?
After subscribing, simply log in, explore the dashboard. You’ll also receive a welcome email with next steps and recommended resources.
Subscriptions & Billing
What’s included in my subscription?
Depending on your plan, you may get access to:
Anything not included in your plan is available for an additional fee.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime prior to your renewal date in your account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 7 days if you’re not satisfied.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Community & Posting
What can I post in the community?
You can share questions, progress updates, study wins, challenges, and resource recommendations. We encourage positive, supportive, growth-oriented discussions.
Are there community guidelines?
Yes. We have a set of guidelines to keep the space safe, supportive, and respectful. All content is reviewed to ensure it is acceptable and appropriate. Students require parents permission prior to accessing student communities.
Do I have to participate in the community?
No—participation is optional. You can use the tools and resources even if you prefer not to post.
Events
What kinds of events do you host?
We offer virtual workshops, Q&A sessions, study groups, goal-setting sessions, and guest speaker talks. Some events are included in your plan; others may require additional payment.
Are events recorded?
Most events are recorded and uploaded to the library. Live-only events will be clearly labeled.
How do I sign up for events?
All events are listed in the “Events” tab. You can sign up directly there.
Resources & Downloadables
What downloadables are available?
We offer study planners, habit trackers, worksheets, templates, cheat sheets, and other learning tools. The library grows on a regular basis.
How do I access files I’ve downloaded?
Downloads will be provided via email and downloaded from there. If you lose that email please contact support to reissue.
Can I share the downloadables with others?
Resources are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Technical Support
I can’t log in—what should I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” link or contact support if you still can’t access your account.
Why can’t I access certain features?
Features vary by subscription tier. Make sure your plan includes the feature you’re trying to use.
Which devices are supported?
Our platform is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
Account & Privacy
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until your current billing period ends. Or you may contact support for additional help.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we follow industry-standard data protection and privacy practices.
